Participation Release
Participants in The Ninety On-Camera Dance Intensive acknowledge that dance as an activity involves physical exertion and inherent risks which may result in personal injury. By participating, individuals agree to accept all risks associated with their involvement. Participants or, in the case of minors, their parents or legal guardians, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Ninety On-Camera Dance Intensive, its organizers Melena Rounis and Sarah Smith, associated staff, and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of participation in the competition.
Medical Release
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, participants authorize The Ninety On-Camera Dance Intensive and its representatives to secure any licensed hospital, clinic, and/or licensed medical personnel for any treatment deemed necessary for the participant’s immediate care. Participants agree to be financially responsible for any medical attention needed during the intensive or resulting from an injury received at the intensive. Participants should ensure they have adequate medical insurance prior to participating.
Public Health Advisory
Participants acknowledge that participation in The Ninety On-Camera Dance Intensive involves a possible risk of exposure to communicable diseases. By attending the intensive, participants agree to follow applicable public health guidelines and assume all risks associated with contagious diseases. The Ninety On-Camera Dance Intensive is not liable for any illness or health issues resulting from attendance at the event.
